What is the highest temperature for an Intel Centrino?

My mean temperature readings: GPU: 63 hd0 C: 52 C Temp1 - 88 C Core 0-73 C 1-73 C Core I have no idea what GDU and hd0 and all those things above means, so is my laptop overheated?

I get a little hot, you should find some way to cool. 99C is when it shuts down to avoid overheating, but never let it reach 80. GPU is the graphics card / chip, and is hd temporary hard disk.
