Does anyone know how I can use a laptop with Windows CE platform for watching videos from YouTube and other videos online, please?

Windows CE does not allow me to install Flash Player. Can you please contact me where I could download Shockwave Player for Windows CE, because all that found are for Windows XP, 2000, NT, etc platform, but not Windows CE. Again, the platform of the mini-notebook is Windows CE.
