Yes, I have a Dell Vostro 220 with an Intel dual-core processor, 2.5 GHz, and runs Windows Vista Premium fine. In fact, it runs very well! But my advice is to go with Windows 7, because it is a lightwieght version of Vista, but leads to many more features. Also, try to have at least 2gig of RAM if u use Vista, as it can be very lazy if u no!
