Dell Inspiron with a motherboard I'd like to throw in a lcd screen, but I know where to start?
I have a Dell Inspiron 8200 and as I that the main issue of the motherboard is dead. I would use the existing screen as a monitor. I know you can do but I do not understand what way? The source of energy that I have everything ready to work / no? Most quick fixes I've seen are out of my budget. Any help would be much appreciated!
If I understand your question, you are trying to save the screen of his laptop, now that the motherboard has died. It is possible to do this, however it will take some work on your part. The entry to your LCD screen comes from his dead mother, which will be intercepted and connected to a converter board If you plan on using a DSUB connector (standard 15-pin connector found on most monitors). This would be the case if you use this as a sign of purpose general. However, if you are using this as a specific screen for specific advice, you simply have to find a motherboard that provides the output signal equal to its board dead (TTL / LVDS signal) to revert to the screen in question.
