Adamo (Latin for "I fall in love with" is a subnotebook Dell has focused on the design and mobility. It is claimed that the "computer notebook world's thinnest. "It's a luxury for ultra thin to compete with the Apple MacBook Air or HP Voodoo Envy Notebook 133.
The Adamo is fed with 1.2 GHz (or 1.4 GHz) Core 2 Duo, 2 GB DDR3 800 MHz (or 4 GB), a 128 GB SSD and a 1366 * 768 screen, weighs 4 kilos, and is priced at $ 1999.99. It is possibly the most beautiful Dell computer was manufactured.
Design
The view from above starts with a high gloss, hard plastic on the front, moves in a band mate in the center with raised "Dell" and logos "Adamo", which in turn leads to a slab of metal brushing, and finally ends at the back with another strip of metal points. Around the back "over", vents are elegantly presented as a kind of gradient pattern pixels. The keyboard is a soft issue, Chiclet-style, with slightly curved keys, and a bold font and futuristic.
The Adamo is a true champion in the department size. The notebook is slim ... really thin. Compared to the MacBook Air (0.76 inches at its thickest point) and X301 (0.9 inches), the 0.65 inches Adamo is anorexic.
Galls
The exterior is attractive, but the interior is downright ugly. In his attempt to focus on appearance, Dell seems to have ignored completely the performance, the burden of Adamo base with a Core 2 Duo ULV 1.2GHz chips blowing in a small, 2GB of RAM and a 128GB SSD and Intel X4500 integrated GPU. Using Microsoft's own Windows Experience Index tool, the ranked a lowly 3.2 Adamo almost at the bottom of the base rate for effects using Aero.

The screen size is 13.4 "with 16:9 high definition format and rim glass with an integrated Egde 1.3 megapixel camera. The screen display is only 0.65 inches so it's a dream screen of a powerful visualization functions and roles of super. The outer body is resistant machined aluminum chassis with an elegant detail. The external and internal doors include Wireless N, Bluetooth and an RJ-45. The laptop is powered with the Intel Core 2 Duo processor with Centrino technology and outstanding performance DDR3 memory.
Battery
Adamo has a "5 + Hour battery life, "achieved through a non-removable lithium polymer battery, but when tested with power-saving (low performance), Brightness half of the screen, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, total time: 2 hours, 40 minutes.
Performance
$ 2600 Adamo, with a 1.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo (3 MB L2 cache), 4 GB of RAM (800 MHz), 128 GB SSD and built-in 3G. $ 2000 only buy a 1.2 GHz processor and 2 GB of RAM, but still get the 128 GB SSD.
The inclusion Intel GMA X4500HD GPU is considered the biggest problem with this laptop. Nvidia GeForce 9400M (as in the MacBooks, etc.) have done a better fit.
Wrap
It seems that the MacBook Air has a serious competitor now, when someone looking to buy a laptop thin for.
But Adam is very expensive if the price / performance is considered. The Adamo is a bit of a strange beast. It's not like feathers as the Lenovo X301 or MacBook Air, and even with the extra pound of weight, is not (in general) as powerful as the MacBook Air, a team that is certainly cheaper than in its base configuration Adamo.
