Is it possible to set a pin broken laptop?
I recently bought a Compaq Evo N600C laptop. The pin power seems to be broken, bent or too. Has anyone else had this problem? Can it be fixed? If so, who can do and what it cost me?
It can be fixed but it requires soldering a new connector on the motherboard. I have never taken a laptop to be fixed (I'd rather do it myself), but could be quite expensive, since it is difficult to find "qualified" technicians.
