What software should I get?
I know like nothing about computers and I'm going to buy a computer at your school a "Lenovo IdeaPad S10e Netbook 'is worth getting and why and if you think it is worth getting I have Microsoft Office 2007 Student Edition, which is $ 118 + GST NZ $ or OpenOffice suite instead of Mircosoft Office of Free or Ugrade to Vista Home Premium $ 181 + GST or the installation site Netbook students home $ 35 + GST team your car cost $ 829 + GST ps all prices are in $ NZ these are my options only for computer and software.
You would better to get a laptop instead of a netbook. Laptops typically have no internal optical drive and is mostly intended for navigation and not for serious work. Its features are limited, as the RAM size, speed, graphics and a small keyboard. Not worth it and you hate yourself later for that toy. As for the request, if you want to save some money, you can simply use OpenOffice. It has almost all the important features of Microsoft Office and can read and write formats of a document. And for the operating system, see if you can reach an agreement with your provider for a free upgrade Windows 7. Do not tie with any version of Vista. It sucks! Trust me.
