What video card is compatible with a Dell Dimension 4500S?

I've been looking at improving the video card in my Dell Dimension 4500S. There 2 tickets PCI is a very small, and the other is normal for graphics cards, but that is divided into two more, and the mount is awkward. There are a limited number space for the division and the power supply on the team is limited. What card would work, and I have to upgrade the power supply. If so, Could you give me an example of one that would work?

That PC is built on a non-standard platform and will be almost impossible to upgrade the video in it. 180w PSU is not standard and no AGP / PCI or PCI Express connectors on the motherboard. Even if there were, it is doubtful that anything will fit into small spaces allocated. Basically, that team was built as a use and dispose of the obsolete.
